On Monday [Adult Swim] in collabs with Ghostly Intl released Ghostly Swim, a free comp of Ghostly Intl artists including Dabrye, Matthew Dear, and TTL’s Michna. Some nice tracks there and completely free (at least for now) so cop it. It’s great to wake up on a Monday morning and download some good tracks for free (legally).
Also for free you gots the James Pants “Music From The Forest” Stones Throw Podcast. This likkle mix is like hanging out with the prince of parties. Look out for the new album Welcome dropping May 27, 2008. You can get the “single” off it called “We’re Through” at the Stones Throw Jukebox for freezies. The first run (or maybe only?) of 12″‘s sold-out at TTL and his previous limited 12 sold out for good, so definitely try and grab what you can.
